APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND PAYMENT POLICY 

At Little Lion Pups, we value your time and strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To ensure efficiency and fairness, we have implemented the following policy for scheduled appointments:

• APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING 🗓 All appointments must be scheduled in advanced and are subject to availability and must be confirmed at least 1 business day in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject for cancellation. 
• CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 1 business day notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another customer. Cancellations or reschedule request made within this timeframe will be accommodated at no penalty. 
• NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, we may require a $15 deposit for any future appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges. 
• LATE ARRIVALS: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate the full appointment, and/or the session may be shortened.
