At Little Lion Pups, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers and their future pets. To ensure that each fur baby finds a loving and committed home, we have implemented a strict refund policy. 

NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT 

All deposits made towards the purchase of a dog are non-refundable. This policy helps us to ensure that only serious and committed individuals proceed with the adoption process. The deposit signifies a firm commitment from you, allowing us to focus on finding the best possible homes for our fur babies. 

FINAL SALE

Once a purchase is completed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any sales. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our adoption process and to ensure that every pet finds a stable, permanent home. 

EXCEPTIONS

In exceptional cases where there are unforeseen circumstances, we may review and consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. Any such decision will be at the sole discretion of Little Lion Pups.
