What Do The Puppies Come With?

At Little Lion Pups, we prioritize the health of our puppies. Each puppy receives their first set of age appropriate shots before going to their new homes.  This ensures they start life healthy giving new owners peace of mind.

All puppies are dewormed prior to going to their new homes, and this will start at the age of 2 weeks, targeting common parasites such as roundworms and hookworms. This initial step is crucial in preventing early infestations. Then another round at 4 weeks, 6 weeks, and 8 weeks of age. During these ages, the treatment is then to reinforce the initial protection and address any lingering parasites. 

By adhering to this schedule, we ensure that our puppies are healthy and ready for their new homes, from from common parasites infections. 

We Offer the OPTION for puppies to come with CKC registration papers, though it is not required. This flexibility allows us to accommodate different budget preferences, ensuring that every new owner can find the perfect puppy within their desired price range. 

If you would like CKC registration for your puppy, please make sure you have checked that box on the Puppy Application. We complete the registration process AFTER we have confirmation that a new owner would like them. Missing this step can result in a delay of getting registration papers. 

We have Partnered with Trupanion, which enables us to offer new pet owners immediate insurance coverage for 30 days for their puppies.  This offer will provide the first month of coverage for your new puppy with NO upfront cost or obligation to enroll.  You will get waived waiting periods, meaning your puppy will be immediately covered for any new accidents or illnesses. 

You do have the option to extend the insurance coverage after the first month' as long as you want.
